Received Damaged Product / Wrong Item Shipped / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product:
If you receive goods that are damaged or incorrect, we offer the following solutions:
To proceed, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product by emailing contact@royalhomedecor.in with photos of the received item. We will arrange a return pick-up. Once returned, the item will undergo a quality check to ensure the issue is due to our responsibility and not misuse or abuse. If the returned product is unused and in its original packaging, a replacement will be processed.
We ensure top-notch quality for our customers, with each product going through a rigorous quality check. However, slight variations in looks and finish are normal for art products. Colors shown on our website, promotional ads and social media platforms are as close to the actual product color as possible, but may vary slightly depending on your display screen.
Did not Like the Product / Size or Quality Issues / Don’t Need It Anymore:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of delivery. Email us at contact@royalhomedecor.in within this period, and we will arrange a return pick-up. The item will undergo a quality check to ensure it hasn’t been misused or abused. If the product is unused and in its original packaging, an exchange or refund will be processed.
For refunds, 30% of the order value will be deducted for return shipping costs.
If you choose to exchange the item, return costs will be borne by you.
For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed by reversing the transaction. For COD orders, you will need to provide your account details. COD charges are non-refundable, and only product charges will be refunded. Refunds can take up to 5-8 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. Ensure that products are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories, and branded packaging should be in its original condition.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched without any extra costs by writing to us within 24 hours. Cancellations beyond this period will incur a 15% deduction of the order value for return shipping costs and a 3% payment-gateway/transaction charge for prepaid orders. Once your order is cancelled, the refund will be initiated within 4 to 5 days. Please note, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
At Royal Home Decor, we are dedicated to ensuring that your furniture arrives safely and securely. In the rare scenario that you receive a Damaged or Wrong item, we offer a replacement only. Please note that refunds and returns are not available for furniture products.
